BALLOON FESTIVAL SPONSORED RV SITES

• Lots  1, 2A and 3C are dry camping. No power, water or sewer. Mobile water, dump and propane will be available.
• All Balloon Festival sponsored RV sites are single price – no individual nights available.
• Includes 2 Festival Entrance wristbands – Good for all 4 days of the Festival which begins Thursday, January 9, 2025 at Noon.
• Lot  1 and Lot 2A: $240.00 – 6 Nights / Earliest check-in Tuesday January 7, 2025 / 9:00am
• Lot 3C: $340.00 – 6 Nights / Earliest check-in Tuesday January 7, 2025 / 9:00am
• Cabin Loop (Power and Water included): $440.00 – 5 Nights / Earliest check-in Wednesday January 8, 2025 / 9:00am
• All sites: Check-out by Monday January 13, 2025 by 11:00am
• Last Day for Refund – December 15, 2024
• $25.00 Non-refundable cancellation fee on all reservations

NOTE: RV’s, 5th Wheels & Trailers are limited to the space size provided (22’ x 60’). Each space has room for one additional vehicle. Oversized RV’s, 5th Wheels and Trailers that unable to fit into the space provided, may incur additional parking fees.

IMPORTANT: If you are planning a Group Event or wish to be parked next to a friend, on the Reservation Form you will be able to advise us of your Group Name and information. Include Names and contact phone numbers for all additional guests. Minimum Group (2). Group parking is managed by the Camp Host.
If you tow vehicle and trailer is longer than 55’, you must let us know.
